When does my Business Tax Receipt expire?

License year runs from October 1 to September 30. As a courtesy, renewal notices are sent out in August and are due by September 30. 

The following penalties start on October 1. 

  • October - 10% of the annual fee 
  • November - An additional 5% of the annual fee (15%) 
  • December - An additional 5% of the annual fee (20%) 
  • January - An additional 5% of the annual fee (25%)
